M and I are thinking of putting an offer on this ranch in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. He looked at it a couple weeks ago and I got to see the inside this weekend. It was built in 1955 and has all kinds of 50's features inside. Tons of kitchen cabinet and countertop space.
It has two bedrooms, a big laundry room, and another room which could be a bedroom but feels more like a rec room. It's on a nice one acre lot.
You can tell from the picture that it needs to be painted. It needs flower boxes in the windows too. There's lots of overgrowth, but that's mostly cosmetics.
